What is your turnaround time?
Once your request has been received, we start working on your order immediately. Turnaround time on average takes about 2 weeks pending on order quantity and inventory
What do I need for my order?
Upload a clear image ideally PDF or JPEG and provide a detail description of your order (i.e color, placement, ideal design size)
How will I receive my order?
We deliver our products via USPS, we’ll send you your
tracking information once your order has been shipped.
What is our payment process?
We send our invoices and accept payments via PayPal, but we accept Zelle and CashApp As well/Full payment is required for all orders prior to work being started/ A 50% deposit is required for all orders over $100 before we start
How are your items priced?
We charge first by the base cost of the item (i.e cost of jacket), quantity ordered, and the size of the embroidery design (large the design higher the cost). One time service fee, taxes and shipping calculated at payment.
Do you digitize images outside of embroidery orders?
Yes we do, send us your image via email with the size and any specifications (i.e image for a baseball cap, size) with a 24hr turnover time.
Can I receive a copy of my digitize image if it’s part of a embroidery order?
Yes you can with a charge of $30.
