Return And Refund Policy

Because of the nature of our business the following return and refund policy is strictly enforced.  

• Full refund grated if item(s) is not at all what was promised in the planning stage (i.e order was a purple elephant but was delivered a red elephant). 
• We do not accept returns even if the item(s) have not been worn or unboxed. 

• We will exchange item(s) that have not been worn or wash for change in size only if the item is not customized, item is in stock, the request is made within 2 days of receiving the item and customer agrees to pay for shipping and handling.
