- Standard Service is up to 2 work days for image digitizing and up to 12 work days for order to be completed.
- We are not responsible for any defective items, incorrect styles, colors, and sizes sent by clients.
- We request that clients always bring one extra garment for customized orders due to possible damage that comes with an embroidery machine.
- We are not responsible for and poorly digitalized embroidery files given by clients from a third party source (i.e etsy)
- 50% of payment must be made for orders over $100.
- Prices subject to change without notice.
